From what i can see, i infer that : 


This song is sung to Death, hence "dear death." Also, see the verse :

"親愛的" is referring to death ! I was in doubt initially and yay im finally enlightened ! 


Also, this song is talking about how his love, the girl, would die, because of his deeds. 
The front few paragraphs are describing the scenarios which she would most unfortunately, die. 


Chorus is to complain to Death, to stop harnessing trouble for them, before ending with a plea to  release them. 


I especially like the ending , where he accuses Death for all the sadness he had created when he extracted lives and souls. Then ultimately, he concluded with "I love her." a stark contrast with "let me love her."  ;')
